- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept cash and wireless deposits.
- Custom orders require a 50 % deposit upfront, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to completion.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Processing times for standard and custom orders vary and will be communicated upon purchase.
- We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- MAK GIOUS is not responsible for delays due to customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Due to the nature of custom clothing, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
- Standard items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. CUSTOM DESIGN & ALTERATIONS
- Custom pieces are made to the measurements provided by the client. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements given.
-Alterations after delivery may be subject to additional charges.

- All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the exclusive property of MAK GIOUS and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
